He is survived by: his son Derek Peters (Angel); his grandchildren, Gavin and Carter Peters; his sisters, Eileen Tackman (Al) of Decorah, IA and Kathy King (Marv) of McIntire, IA; and his close friend Dave "Hairball" Tonjes of Elma, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
