He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Woodson and Mildred Woodson. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Kay Woodson of Alta Vista; his nephew John Sautter of West Union; and his niece Tina Sautter of Lime Spring. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
