Though Michael Lee may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Kampman and Aleasa Kampman (Uhlenhopp); and his brothers-in-law, Max Folkerts and Mike Downing. He is survived by: his sisters, Marianne Folkerts of Allison and Mavis Downing of Ontario, Wisconsin; and his nieces and nephews, Jim Folkerts (Kim) of Stout, Jeni Tjarks (Bill Frakes) of Goldfield, Brian Folkerts of Allison, Dawn Wright (Ron) and Daniel Downing (Casey) of Norwalk, Wisconsin. He is also survived by ten great nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allison - Woodley Funeral Home (308 Birch St, Allison, IA 50602).
