He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harm Frey and Molly Frey (Brown); his girlfriend Diane Luchtenburg; his children, Tim McElhannon (Kim) of Visalia, CA, Terri Hulley of Allison, Bobbie Johnson (Pete) of Dumont, Mark Frey (Tiffany) of Waterloo and Clint Frey (Shawna) of Dumont; and his siblings, Bob, Bud Frey and Mavis Stanbrough. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
