He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allen B. Cooper and Betty Jean Cooper (Foss); his wife Carolyn Cooper; his children, Brad Cooper (Sandy), Tammy Johnson (Tim) and Debra Decker; his grandchildren, Brett (Jodee), Bethany (Shane), Allison, Wes, Ben (Dakota), Abby and Leah (Ben); his great grandchildren, Brooks and Elliott; his brothers, Steve Cooper (Suzanne) and Hugh Cooper (Barb); his brother-in-law Gerald Wessels (Karen); and his parents-in-law, Rudy and Gertrude Wessels. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
