She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm Uhlenhopp and Mary Uhlenhopp (Brinkman); her sons-in-law, Max Folkerts and Mike Downing; and her sisters, LaVon Diekman and Shirley Graham.
She is survived by: her spouse Willie A. Kampman; her children, Marianne Folkerts of Allison, Mike Kampman of Allison and Mavis Downing of Ontario; her grandson Jim Folkerts (Kimberly) of Dike; her great grandchildren, Trevor and Levi; her granddaughter Jeni Tjarks (Bill Frakes) of Goldfield; her great grandchildren, Janesha and Jordan; her grandson Brian Folkerts; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Kale; her granddaughter Dawn Wright (Ron) of Melfort, SK; her great grandchildren, Aleasa and Jordie; her grandson Dan Downing (Casey) of Norwalk; and her sister LaVera Cuvelier of Aplington.
