He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Murphy and Anna Marie Murphy (Slaise); and his siblings, Keith Murphy, Audrey Neimi, Pat Gordon, Joyce Stapelton and Shirley Van Slyke.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Murphy (Bivin); his children, Cammie Stephens-Schaap and Keith Murphy; and his grandchildren, Madison Scholtus and Matthew Murphy. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
