He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Robert C. Wampler; his wife Kathy Wampler (Paulsen) of Slater; his son Andrew of College Station, TX; his mother Teressa Wampler; his siblings, David Wampler (Jean), Rebecca Bland (Brian), Robert Paulsen and Dorothy Paulsen; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Paulsen and Gary Paulsen. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting memorials to the Boy Scouts of America-Mid-Iowa Council 177 or to Salem United Church of Christ in Alleman.
