He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cogdall and Ella Jean Cogdall; and his parents-in-law, Ollie Francis and Clara Rose Billmyer. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Mary Billmyer of Algona; his sons, Thomas Cogdall III (Betsy) of Milwaukee, WI, Michael Cogdall (Kate) and David Cogdall (Paige) of Tucson, AZ; his brother Jean Cogdall (Judy) of Sterling, IL; and his caregiver Jen Wiederin.
In lieu of flowers, Tom's family would like donations to be directed to Bishop Garrigan.
