She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Robinson and Maude Robinson (Rickabaugh); her husband Keith Stephens; her daughter Sue; her son-in-law Mike; and her sisters, Mildred and Verla.
She is survived by: her children, J. Lance Stephens (Linda) of Marshalltown, Loren Stephens (Renee) of Slater and Kathleen Majeski of Papillion, NE. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be direct to the Good Samaritan Society of Algona in Ruth's name.
