He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stougard and Ella Mae Stougard (Topliff); his grandmother Maude Topliff; his siblings, Doug Stougard and Delores Stone; and his brother-in-law Jay Jorgenson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Climpson; his siblings, Carol Fredricks (John) of Des Moines and John Stougard of Gilmore City; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Jorgenson of Algona, David Climpson of Ankeny, Terri Johnson (Mark) of Algona and Sandra Clapsaddle (Jon) of Manchester, TN.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lentz Funeral Home (403 E McGregor St, Algona, IA 50511).
