He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moore and Eunice Moore (Phelps); and his siblings, Levant, George, Stanley, Clair, Roger, Dale Moore and Anna Mae Bristow.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Moore (Harms); his son Brian (Cindy Moore) of New Hampton, IA; his grandchildren, Landon (Jessica), Jordan and Taylor Moser (Bennett); his child Gayle (Peter Lindstrom) of Grand Junction, CO; his grandchildren, Aaron Lindstrom (Samantha) and Sara Davisson (Chad); his children, Greg Moore of Dike, IA, Jacob, Ryan, Nathan, Carson Moore and Barbara (David Hooper) of Johnston, IA; his grandchildren, Justin Polson (Ashley), Austin Polson and Casey Hooper (Alexandra); and his great grandchildren, Naomi Moser, Henry Moore and Hattie Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
