Robert Altman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Altman of Algona, Iowa, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Altman and Eulalia Altman (Gales); his former wife Marietta Dawn Bittner; his son Nick Altman; and his brothers, Eldon Altman and Merlyn Altman.
He is survived by: his children, George Altman (Kristi) of Bondurant, Karen Altman-Bandura of Gilbert, AZ, Lisa Ferguson (Art) of Scottsdale, AZ, Tim Altman (Barbara) of Algona and Jamie Altman (Jeanne) of Algona; and his siblings, John Altman of Phoenix, AZ, Thomas Altman (Marlene) of Irvington and Dianna Roeder of Algona. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:30 – 10:30 am Tuesday at the church, with masks are required and social distancing practices followed.
