He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Henry and Margaret Elsie Kent (Ward); and his pet Mitzie. He is survived by: his close friend Don Whitmore of Algona; his siblings, Lewis Kent (Emelia), Margaret Curren of Algona, Suzanne Ostwald of Swea City and Robert Kent (Jean) of Algona; and his pets, Mollie, Maggie and Dottie. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; twenty-two great nieces and nephews.
