He is survived by: his wife Irene of Algona; his daughters, Linda Nelson (Scott) of Arden Hills, Kathy Flagg of Medina and Barb Nelson (Geoff) of Sherrard, Illinois; his grandson Michael Flagg (Allison) of Maple Grove, Minnesota; his pets, Bella and Coco; his sister Leona Stahl of Algona; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Berte (Betty) of St. Joe, Theresa Becker (Harold) of Freeport and Alona Berte of Algona. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
