He is survived by: his children, Peggy Chicoine (Daryl) of Ankeny, John Halverson (Susan) of Edmond, OK and Janet Berte (Jim) of Bode, Iowa; his siblings, Francis Noteboom of Sioux Falls, SD and Dorrance Halverson (Lydia) of Evanston, IL.; his grandchildren, Cara Wells (Brent), Rose Hartung (Brian), Dana Gemmill (Scott), Beth Kreft (Michael), Richelle Thedford (Chris), Alex, Austin Halverson, Adam Halverson (Angela), Samuel Halverson and Leah Berte; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Tate, Ryder, Kaleah, Knox Halverson, Demi, Edmund, Gavin Wells, Pearl, Daniel, Maria Hartung, Russell, Colette Gemmill and Gabriel Thedford.
