She is survived by: her husband Gary of Algona; her daughter Laurie Hammer (Tom) of Algona; her grandchildren, Carter Nath (Caley) of Lu Verne and Karina Hammer of Algona; her siblings, John Wolf of Baltimore, MD and JoAnn Gorth (Chris) of Belleview, IL; and her stepbrother Rick Rader (Dawn) of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Heartland, in Pat's name.
