He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood John and Catherine St John (Huntermark); and his brother Patrick St John. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Metzger (Ron) of West Bend; his nephews, Scott Metzger (Christy), Kevin Metzger (Becky), Marc Metzger, Ken Metzger (Michelle) and Steven Metzger; his niece Lynette Metzger; and his sister-in-law Karen St John of Wesley.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Oakcrest Funeral Services (218 S Moore St, Algona, IA 50511). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish ~ St. Cecelia (715 E North St, Algona, IA 50511).
