She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Flaig and Esther Flaig (Ackerman); her husband Dean; her granddaughter Leslie Jergenson; and her sister Maxine Jensen.

She is survived by: her son Douglas Jergenson of Lusk, WY; and her daughter-in-law Janice Jergenson of Algona. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
