She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Barber and Theone Barber (Flagel); her husband Richard Harold Moe; her son Michael Moe; and her siblings, Verla Beisch, Sharon Thompson, Norman Barber and Russel Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Moe of Algona, Lindsey Moe (Janelle) of Algona and Tracey Rusch (Mike) of Minneapolis, MN; her grandchildren, Kirk Moe of Waukee, Eric Moe of Ankeny, Amanda Lee of St. Augustine, FL, Alissa Trulson (Curtis) of Algona, Jordann Becker of Algona, Aaron Moe of Algona, Joshua Rusch (Angela Wichtendahl) of Buffalo, MN, Amber Crofford (Alex) of Richfield, MN and Heather Walker (Kyle) of Williams; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Owen, Nathaniel, Andrew, Matthew, Alexander, Elizabeth, Rosemund, Eleanor, McKinley, Charlie, Leonard, Philip, Edna, Abigail and Theodore; and her sister Geneva Hovey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
