He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Opama; his siblings, Donald and Eleanor; and his brothers-in-law, Henry Sokolowski and Ralph Kalin.
He is survived by: his wife Janice of Algona; his daughter Patricia (Dave Leck) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Alayna, Jolee, Michelle of Edmond, OK and Jim (Lisa White) of Vinton; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Logan and Lauren; his grandson Jon of Algona; his sister Peggy Kalin; and his siblings-in-law, Keith and Sylvia Carstens.
