It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of June McMahon Baker (Algona, Iowa), born in Wesley, Iowa, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. A. Boleneus and Ellen Boleneus (Pink); her former husband Ray McMahon; her husband Robert Baker; her children, Elizabeth Lawles (John), Pauline Balfours (James), James McMahon and George McMahon; her daughter-in-law Roberta McMahon; and her brother Robert Boleneus (Jean).
She is survived by: her son Thomas McMahon of Algona; her daughters-in-law, Pat McMahon of California and Margaret McMahon of Livermore; and her nephew Robert Boleneus (Nita) of Wesley. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be directed to the Algona First United Methodist Church Quilters.
