He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Scuffham and Mildred Scuffham (Gerber); his wife Helen; his son Matt (Emily); his grandchildren, Parker and Taylor of Urbandale; his son Mark (Aileen) of Omaha, NE; and his brother Rod (Rita) of Algona. He was also cherished by many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church Endowment Fund or to the family to distribute to local non-profits.
