With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Cowan (Algona, Iowa), who passed away on December 25, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Boy; and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his child Jeff Cowan (Cheryl) of Eden Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Sydney Cowan, Cathy McCauley (Steve) of Algona, Kelsie Johnson (Joe), Maggie Kelley (Lachlan), Michael McCauley and Molly McCauley; his great grandchildren, Jacie and Ryker Johnson; and his brother Jim Cowan (Gail) of Algona.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the MDS Foundation or the Algona Lions Club in Jerry's name.
