We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 84, Janice Patton of Algona, Iowa, born in Garber, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Kickbush and Hilma Kickbush (Hagen); her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Maxine Patton; her sister Virginia Potter (Kickbush); her brothers-in-law, Larry Dorr and Thomas Potter; her grandchildren, Mallory, Kenneth, Michael Buscher and Lyndsey Becker; and her great grandchild Zane Crawmer.
She is survived by: her former husband Jerrold W. Funk; her husband Don Patton of Algona; her children, Vicky Gosmire of Algona, Bill Funk (Lori) of Algona, Barb Buscher (Rick) of Bartlett, IL and Mary Becker (Rich) of Algona; her grandchildren, Bobby Shipler, Susie Pedersen (Shipler), Amanda Friedrich (Gosmire), Sarah Becker (Funk), Emily Ludwig (Funk), Brian Funk, Dane Buscher, Sam Buscher, Cody Becker, Melissa Detrick (Becker), Curt Becker and Bethany Boyd (Becker); her siblings, Bueford Kickbush (Joan) of Des Moines, Doris Dorr of Belmond and Rodney Kickbush (Carolyn) of Mason City; and her brother-in-law Terry Patton (Mary) of St. Paul, MN. She is also survived by 10 nieces, 3 nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
