It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Irene Lindhorst (Algona, Iowa), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Quinton Bjustrom and Jessie Irene Bjustrom (Mitchell); her husband Jim; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Winifred Ewoldt (Elmer "Jum"), Mansiel "Bill" Lindhorst (Gena), Kenneth Dean Lindhorst (Betty), Myrtle Maxine Platt (Francis) and Vida May Roth (Oscar).
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Rork (Rod) of Humboldt and Tim Lindhorst (Kristi) of Burt; her granddaughter Afton of Burt; her sister Jeanette Ozimek (Stanley) of Venice, FL; and her close friend Randy Crouse of Humboldt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
