It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Irene Lindhorst (Algona, Iowa), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Janice Irene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janice Irene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (201 E Nebraska St, Algona, IA 50511). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Algona First United Methodist Church (201 E Nebraska St, Algona, IA 50511).
