He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Curtis and Minerva Curtis (Warne); his wife Cheri Curtis (Hansen); his siblings, Charles Curtis, Clifford Curtis (Beverly) and Marlys Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Hansen and Debbie Arend.
He is survived by: his son Cory Curtis (Jennifer) of Whittemore; his granddaughter Rosanne Curtis of Whittemore; his siblings, Dallas Curtis (Kathy) of New Richland, MN, David Curtis of Algona, Audrey Johnson (Dennis) of Lincoln, NE, Marsha Curtis of Rodgers, AR, Charlene Baas (Ron) of Algona and Cheryl Fourage (Danny) of Algona; and his siblings-in-law, Starla Hansen of Kanawha and Francis Arend of Burt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
