He is survived by: his wife Lisa E. Stephens; his daughters, MacKenzie Leah Cassens of Des Moines and Morganne Paige Cassens of Algona; his brothers, Dave Cassens (Tracy) of Manson and Robert Cassens (Cha) of Henderson, NV; his niece Taryn Myer (Nate); and his great-niece Quin.
