He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Thelma Mae Baker (Houts). He is survived by: his wife Twylla Renee Volding; his brother Charles F. Baker (Jan); his niece Michelle Kemp (Mark); and his nephew Timothy Baker (Marie). He is also survived by 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
