He is survived by: his son Monte DeVore (Diane Andrade) of Des Moines; his stepdaughters, Tina Jones (Mericle) of Algona and Tammy Mericle (Lawrence Ruotolo) of Emmetsburg; his grandchildren, Dustin DeVore (April Walker) of Centerville, Clayton DeVore of Arizona and Bail DeVore of Newton; his sister-in-law Margaret DeVore of Chariton Iowa; his stepgrandchildren, Ron Jones II of Algona, Scott Cupples (Kristy Winters) of Emmetsburg and Harley McDaniel of Algona; his great grandchildren, Alyssa DeVore, Sophie and Zander Devore; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan Alderman-Jones, Ethan Cupples, Malachi, Nyekohta Brinkman, Dillon, Kameren and Abreanna McDaniel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
