He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mullins and Ethel Mullins (Chambers); and his sister-in-law Betty Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia of Kanawha; his daughters, Charlotte Beattie (Port) of Waterloo and JaNiece Mullins of Fort Dodge; his grandchild Lyndsey Schwanz (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Carson, Beckham and Walker; his grandson Jonathan Beattie (Raven); his great grandchildren, Ella, Olivia and Collins; and his brother Don Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request memorials be directed to them in Howard's memory.
