He is survived by: his wife DeLores; his sons, Steve Winkel of Memphis, Scott Winkel of Des Moines and Gregg Winkel of Algona; his grandchildren, Whitney Winkel, Morgan Winkel Wicker (Britt), Walker Winkel (Jayde), Maddie Winkel, CJ Winkel, Jack Winkel and Luke Winkel; his siblings, Art Winkel (Marge) of Centerville and Lavonne Henry of Algona; and his sister-in-law Julie Winkel of Algona.
