It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn M. Huschka (Algona, Iowa), born in Corwith, Iowa, who passed away on February 17, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Halligan and Ethel Halligan (Green); her spouses, August Huschka and George Kunkel; her daughter Ann Marie Anderson; her grandson David Anderson; and her brother Alfred "Bud" Halligan.
She is survived by: her children, John Huschka (Vicki) of Cedar Rapids and Mary Biede (Bob) of Council Bluffs; and her stepchildren, David Kunkel, Barb, Jerry Knoll and Jolene Kunkel. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
