He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cook and Nellie Cook (Huntsinger); his wife Denise Marlow; and his siblings, Chet, Russell, Donald, Richard, Elmer Cook and Opal Sparks.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Weishaar (Rick) of Algona, Donna Koch (Rick Moore), Bill Cook (Angie) of Algona, Charles Cook (Sara) of Jordan, MN and Jeff Cook (Sarah) of Algona.
