He was predeceased by: his parents, George Martin and Karen Bertina Jorgenson (Ostrom); his wife Ruth Diane Fauerby; his great grandchild Mae Ruth Jorgenson; and his siblings, George Jorgenson and Carol Sewell.
He is survived by: his children, James Jorgenson (Donna) of Independence, Jean Solac (Peter) of Minneapolis, MN and Diane Knigge (Bob) of Council Bluffs; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Daniel, Claire Knigge, Ryan, Kelsey Jorgenson and Shawna Knigge Beckstrom. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
