He is survived by: his mother Louise Patten of Winnebago, MN; his wife Vicki Salic of Algona; his son Dan Patten (Katie) of Algona; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Caroline and Jack "Frank"; his daughter Kristi Nemmers (James) of Algona; his grandchildren, Logan, Haley and Gavin; his son Ben Patten (Kristin) of Titonka; his grandchildren, Landen, Kinnley, Paisley and Briggs; his siblings, Roxanne Mennenga (Frank), Sam Patten (Nina) and Robert T. Patten (Deb); and his siblings-in-law, Claudine Meckes (Dale), Ernie Salic (Gin), Lawrence Salic (Nancy), Bonita Pezzi (Leo), Michael Salic (Pat), Lucinda Winch (Ron), Pete Salic (Karen), Dixie Crissinger (Ken), Bing Salic, Gloria Salic, Trina McDonald (Troy) and Lex Leeck (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
