With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bessie Woodwick of Algona, Iowa, born in Fenton, Iowa, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Bollinger and Ida Bollinger (Klinge); her husband Willis C. Woodwick; her son William Scott; and her siblings, Lois Gurber (Don), Doris Hilsabeck and Lloyd Bollinger (Nancy).

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Zeller (Gerald) of Algona and Mark Woodwick (Shelly) of Marion; her grandchildren, Charlie of Algona, Faith Zeller of Algona and Aaron Woodwick (Torrie) of Cedar Rapids; and her brother John Bollinger of Fenton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
