She is survived by: her children, Dave Nelson of Algona, Wesley of Algona, Shirley Arndorfer (Wayne) of Algona, Steve Nelson (Kathy) of Algona, Vern Nelson (Kathy) of Algona, Daryl Nelson (Karen) of Algona, Joyce Hickson (Ted) and Tim Dorweiler (Karla) of Farmington Hills, Michigan; and her siblings, Bernard Tigges (Mary Ann) of Fenton, Marvin Tigges (Mary) of Algona and Gene Tigges (Charlene) of Armstrong. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren.
