He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Foss and Helen Foss; and his brother Edwin. He is survived by: his brothers, John Foss (Carol) of Esko, Minnesota and Bob Foss (LuAnn) of Colfax, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Nancy Foss of Bend. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
