With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ron Johnson of Alburnett, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Johnson and Norma Johnson; and his stepmother Elsie. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Billie Barker, Becky Smith and Bart Johnson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Unity Point Hospice, Cedar Rapids, in Ron's memory.
