He is survived by: his wife Mary Peterson of Patrick's Church; his children, Jason Callahan (Missy) of Alburnett, Brian Callahan of Alburnett, Doug Callahan (Kari) of Urbana and Laura Banes (Matt) of Alburnett; his grandchild Jordyn (Payton); his great grandchild Granger; his grandchildren, Reed, Justice, Taylor, Sawyer, Finn, Torvi, Emma, Haylee, Becca, Trevor, Chase (Brittany) and Alex (Kaitlin); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Violet and Wyatt (Tiffany); his siblings, Coleen Sperfslage (Dave), Celia Peterson (Jim) and Jim Callahan (Dawn); and also Anna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
