She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sloan and Opal Sloan; her husband Clifford Kirk; her son Thomas Kirk; and her siblings, Lee Sloan, Allan Sloan and Virginia Titler.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Caraway (George) of Worthington, Kenneth Kirk (Joan) of Osage, David Kirk (Pam) of Alburnett and Patricia Jordan (Gale) of Central City, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Sheri Denham, Julie Caraway, Annie Battleson, Tim Kirk, Sarah Feiertag, Kim Edwards, Kari Williams, Kelly Kirk, Tricia Redig, Trent Jordan, Kevin Kirk and Klint Kirk. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and 2 great-great step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mildred's memory.
