Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Airy of Alburnett, Iowa, born in Winterset, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 78, on October 21, 2020. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phil, Carol and Karen; and his parents, Loren Airy and Verna Airy (Smith).
He is survived by: his children, Shelby Popelka (Travis) of Central City, Bryce (Heather) of Alburnett and John (Brevity) of Central City; his grandchildren, Nash, Clay, Cecily, Nick and Jake; and his wife Janet K. Johnson.
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Otter Creek Fire Dept. in John's name.
