He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Sr. Hill and Hazel Hill (Meachen); and his son Stephen Hill. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary of Washington; his children, Charles Hill, Cathryn Hill and Jill Hill; his godson Jared Thomas (Hannah); and his siblings, Rhoda Shirley and David Hill.
