He was predeceased by: his father Louis Schultz; and his stepfather Donald Summers. He is survived by: his mother Deloris Schultz (Stuhr); his close friend Lori Brown; his siblings, Julie Rodriguez, Jean Johnson (Dan), Jan Husak (Rick) and Jeff Schultz; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
