We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2022, at the age of 51, Eric LeRoy Schmidt of Albion, Iowa, born in Fort Hood, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eric LeRoy Schmidt to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Schmidt of Des Moines and Marsha Schmidt (Corporan); his wife Lisa Airey; his sons, Jacob Schmidt and Nathan Schmidt; his grandson Damien Shearer; his brother Marc Schmidt (Sara) of Johnston; his nieces and nephews, Brayden, Jacob, Jae, Ella, William and Henry; and his siblings-in-law, Ray and Kathleen Airey of Marshalltown. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles and many friends.
