He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Butler and Kathryn Butler; his father-in-law Dwayne Mittelstadt; his stepfather-in-law Willie Hartkopp; his sister Vickie Butler; his sister-in-law Cindy Blayer; and his grandson Brayden Butler.
He is survived by: his nephew Matt; his niece Sarah; his wife Vicki Butler; his children, Jason Butler (Zach Michalicek), Jodi Brown (Dustin), Jenna Juchems (Scott), Matt Butler (Jenny) and Sarah Butler; his grandchildren, Daniel, Presleigh Brown, Dalton, Morgan Juchems, Taedyn, Madelyn and Gavin Butler; his siblings, Nancy Butler and Doug Butler (Claudia); his mother-in-law JoAnne Hartkopp; and his nephew Tim Butler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
