He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jean Gouchee; his children, Scott of Des Moines, Megan Pugh (Greg) of Waukee and Heidi Peterson of Dallas; his grandchildren, Kelsi Pugh of Kansas City, Taylor Pugh of Waukee and Chase Peterson of Dallas; and his brother Phil of Lisbon.
