She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bettis and Lois Ann Bettis (Orr); her husband DeWayne Johnson; and her siblings, Rollin, Marilyn, Donald Bettis and Arlene Bernard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cinda, Linda Hiatt (John), Cindy Simmons (Tim) and Brenda Hostetler (Terry); her grandchildren, Valerie Hiatt, Travis Hiatt, Captain Brad DeWayne (Ashley), Stacey Simmons (Tarra), Michelle Amaro (Dan), Gina Champoux, Krystle Lorigan (Tyler) and Jason Hostetler (Jennifer); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Bettis and Doris Johnson. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the Trinity United Methodist Church in Albia or EveryStep Hospice.
