He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marvin Moats and Vernon Moats. He is survived by: his children, Leah McNeely (Terry), Lisa Crossett (Brad), Marty Moats (Kris), Michael Moats (Jacque) and Justin Vink (Shirley Eivens); his sister Marlene Neher (Lyle); and his sister-in-law Joyce Moats. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Dean also liked to help the less fortunate providing donations or employment to many in need over the years.
